Artwork should arrive with confidence, not uncertainty. These terms explain how a MOHDART print is approved, produced, delivered and protected.

Every print is made to order. Your website request records the photograph, dimensions, finish and delivery country. Mohd confirms the final crop or full-image proof, production time, delivery cost and payable total before you transfer any money. A request is not a completed sale until that confirmation is accepted.

Orders within Oman and the GCC are currently paid by bank transfer in Omani rials. Use only the account details shown inside your MOHDART order flow and include your order reference. Bank, currency-conversion and cross-border charges are paid by the buyer. Card and Apple Pay checkout are not currently offered.

Production normally begins after written approval and cleared payment. Please allow up to 10 days for printing; the timeframe may be longer depending on the printer, material and current workload. Because every artwork is produced to your chosen size and finish, changes or cancellation are possible only before production starts. Natural variations between a calibrated screen and a physical archival print are normal and are not defects.

Delivery is currently offered only within Oman and Gulf countries (GCC). Website delivery figures are estimates; the final courier cost and schedule are confirmed before payment. Printing may take up to 10 days or longer depending on the printer and selected material. The buyer is responsible for destination customs, import duties and remote-area fees when applicable. Keep the packaging until the artwork has been inspected.

If an artwork arrives damaged or materially different from the approved specification, contact MOHDART within 48 hours with clear photographs of the artwork, external packaging and shipping label. The evidence will be reviewed promptly and the appropriate repair, replacement or refund remedy agreed.

A Collector Edition request temporarily holds one available edition for 48 hours. The reservation becomes final after confirmation and payment. Cancelled or expired reservations return to inventory. Edition size is never increased after publication; signed and certificate details are stated on the artwork page.

Buying a physical print does not transfer copyright or grant reproduction, publication, advertising, resale-file or commercial-use rights. Copyright remains with Mohammed Taaeeb Al Balushi. Any business, editorial or promotional use requires a separate written commercial licence from MOHDART.

All photographs and other original artistic works displayed by MOHDART are protected works. Without prior written permission or a valid licence, copying, downloading, screenshotting for reuse, publishing, distributing, modifying, creating a derivative work, removing rights information, quoting the image beyond a lawful exception, or using it commercially is prohibited. Any unauthorised use may expose the person responsible to takedown or stop-use orders, civil compensation claims, recovery of unlawful profits, seizure or destruction of infringing goods, and—where the statutory elements are met—criminal penalties under Omani law. The Omani law recognises limited quotation and other statutory exceptions, including quotation for explanation, illustration or criticism, only within the justified limits, with attribution where applicable, and without unreasonable harm to the author’s legitimate interests or normal exploitation. This policy does not remove those mandatory legal exceptions; it does prohibit everything outside them unless MOHDART gives written permission.

Order details are used only to answer the request, produce the artwork, arrange delivery and keep necessary business records. Room photographs used in the wall-preview tool stay on your device and are not uploaded. MOHDART does not sell customer information.
A human confirmation before production
If a specification, deadline or destination needs special handling, ask before payment. Mohd personally confirms the order so the artwork made is the artwork you expected.
